"A Champion Heart" tells the story of a lonely teenage girl who finds love, hope and healing through a relationship with a wounded horse.Following the loss of her mother, fifteen-year-old Mandy Renner is uprooted from the life she once knew and forced to navigate a new school, develop new friendships, and figure out whom she can trust.When she is betrayed by her classmates, Mandy finds herself in trouble with the owner of a nearby ranch. There, she encounters a kindred spirit in an abandoned horse named Tux.Together, Mandy and Tux enter the world of competitive show jumping and discover that with faith, hope, and love, all things are possible for those who believe.
